Our Story

My name is Colin Ingalls. I am a custom knife maker from the small town of Rineyville Ky. I started my business, “The Norske Knife” in the summer of 2019. What started as just a hobby for me turned into a desire to do more and create a quality product to last from generation to generation. The love to create products has always been a large part of my life. From a young age, I have been fascinated with knives. When I discovered that I could make my own knives, creating them from nothing, with just my hands, mind, and a few tools, it started a passion that has grown since I started my business. Today I am dedicated to supplying the market with the finest craftsmanship I can. Each knife is hand made by me from start to finish. I am currently in high school and work part time on my business during the school year. During the summer, I am able to work full days on my business and can produce more knives. I make a variety of knives, from chef knives to camp knives. Whether you are cutting up vegetables in the kitchen, field dressing a deer, or processing wood on your next camping adventure, the Norske Knives will stay sharp longer and cut easily, allowing you to get the most out of your activities.
